Due to the custom nature of all of our products we work hard to make sure everything we send is of the highest quality. If your item is found to be damaged we will gladly replace it for you. If you are unsatisfied with your product we will work to find a resolution. If you would like to receive a refund you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Our return policy is 30 days, after 30 days we are unable to take returns.
